Believe in Better was founded by Liam & Belen with a clear intention: to provide supports that are steady, thoughtful and shaped around real life.
Through years of hands-on experience, they came to believe that meaningful progress happens when people feel secure in their supports, when familiar faces, clear communication and dependable delivery create the conditions for growth. Change, in their experience, is rarely rushed; it emerges when people are given the time, clarity and consistency they need to move forward.
Believe in Better was established to reflect that belief in practice. Their approach centres on listening carefully, setting realistic plans and delivering support in a way that feels calm, respectful and reliable.
They remain closely connected to the work and the people involved in it, shaping the culture, standards and decisions that guide the organisation. Nahyr is a committed and highly experienced Service Coordinator who brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work across the disability, mental health, and aged care sectors. She has a genuine ability to listen, connect, and understand what matters most to each individual.
Mark
I come from Brazil and used to teach history in my country. My role at Believe in Better is a support worker, where I use my personal skills and hobbies to provide the best support. I love adventures and outdoor activities, as well as music, cooking, and a good chat.
Georgia
Italian at heart, Georgia brings energy, warmth, and an adventurous spirit to everything she does, with a natural ease that invites connection. This same enthusiasm and empathy shape her work. She is committed to building meaningful and trusting relationships .
